 "Fun Bouncer" 2009-12-03
By Shannon Z. (Sunnyvale, CA United States)
My two-month old really enjoys this bouncer. He gets excited watching the toys. However, I don't know how much longer he can use it... The weight limit is supposed to be 25 lbs, but the bouncer already goes pretty low when he sits in there (he's 15 lbs now). I can't imagine how low it will get when he gets heavier.

 "helps a lot" 2009-12-01
By Zarema Muratova (Brooklyn, New York)
We are the family with 2 children - one is 10 yo and another is only 2 months old. So, we can compare our experience with second one. A Bouncer is a big helper! My son likes to sit in it and observe surroundings, napping for 30-45 minutes, trying to concentrate on one of characters - likes monkey most.

Only 4 Stars, bcs it is a little wide for our doors, so, we can not transfer with baby in it, sometimes we tripped over its wide legs.

 "Eh, it's ok." 2009-11-30
By Two Pretzels (Los Cabos, MX)
For a bouncy seat, it does the job. However, as a first time Mom there are a few things I would have reconsidered. Our little one is a bit over 5 months old and has been using this since she was first born.

First, the pros to this seat:

1. It's colorful and sturdy.

2. It's lightweight.

3. It vibrates.

4. It's affordable

5. It's washable

Next, the cons:

1. For a newborn/infant - I felt that the head support was only so-so. I added a detachable head support for the first several weeks because our baby's head kept falling to the side.

2. It's absolutely impossible to maneuver your baby into the seat WITH the mobile bar attached without hitting your child in the head/face with the hard molded plastic mobile toys.

3. The seat doesn't play any music - which our baby really would have loved. The middle mobile toy (the lion) rotates between a really wussy purr and a VERY short song. It's a shame the song isn't longer.

4. If you baby is at all active, she will just kick the hard bottom of the seat where the on/off switch is.

Would I buy this seat again? I don't think so - I'd search for a better alternative that plays music.

"Nice, but not made for a tall baby" 2009-11-27
By Busy mom (Alabama)
I bought this because our Kick and Play (also Fisher Price) gave out after four children. I didn't want to spend a lot, but I would have preferred another Kick and Play or something similar. The music doesn't play for long enough, and my 3 month old is almost too big for it already. It's cute, and the vibration is quiet, though.

"I love this bouncer because my daughter loves it" 2009-09-19
By Noelle
Just this morning I put her in the bouncer and she napped for like an hour and a half while I cleaned the house. Yay! Last night she was crying and I put her in her bouncer, just so I could get myself a glass of water. But by the time I had put ice in the glass and started filling it with water, she had stopped crying and fell asleep. She was happy in there, in and out of sleep, for about another two hours! I got so much done!

I just wish there was a way to keep the music playing without having to keep pulling on the lion ring. Because my daughter really seems to like the music, but she's not old enough yet to pull the ring herself.

The toy bar is removable, which is convenient.
