PROS:
1. Modern Design
Definitely exceeds the look of other bouncers on the market
2. Nice Pattern
The Teal, Brown, and Green colors compliment eachother well and the elephants are simple but cute
3. Easy Assembly
Putting this together was a snap! I had it done in no time!
4. Well-Made
I haven't had it that long but it seems to be pretty sturdy... my 6 year old thought it would be fun to sit in it and it didn't break at least. Also, the non-slip rubber backings on the bottom work well- haven't had a problem with it slipping while on the counter or hardwood floor, etc.
5. MP3 Player Hook-Ups
Love this feature! The songs it plays on it's own aren't really that bad in comparison to some of the other baby items I have that play music (the jungle sounds one is the best in my opinion) but it's nice to have the option to play music of my choosing from my iPod.
CONS:
1. Bad Toy Bar Placement
This is very annoying! It can be difficult getting baby out of this. If you get them out from the "bottom", it's almost impossible to not hit their head on the toy elephants that hang down (those are not plush- they are made of plastic) And taking them out from the "top" is awkward because of how high the toy bar is. Makes it difficult to get your arms where they need to be in order to take baby out safely. Just awkward period.
2. Battery Life
This thing has two different spots for batteries- one for the vibrating and the other for the music. So far, the batteries for the music haven't needed to be changed and we've used it a good amount the last month or so. For the vibration however, that sucks battery juice like nothing I've ever seen before. I've already changed them twice!
3. Large Bottom Takes Alot of Unneccesary Space
Because of the way this is constructed/designed, you need a large area to set this bouncer. So for instance, if you wanted to set it on the counter or on a table, or anywhere really, you would need quite a bit of space. My older son's bouncer didn't take up that much room. This one requires a lot of space in order to place it somewhere, yet the part the baby actually lays in isn't any larger than my old bouncer. Must be part of that "modern design" because it doesn't seem to HAVE to be that way in order to function and still be safe.
4. Price
I originally bought this here on amazon (thru Target) for 64.99 (plus shipping of 10 dollars plus tax!?) The day before it was supposed to arrive I was shopping at my local Target and found it marked down to 32.00! This made no sense to me since I was actually buying it from Target when I ordered it here on Amazon. Obviously I returned the one I ordered once that arrived, but I was out the shipping costs for shipping it back to them. 32 dollars I will definitely pay for this item, but I really hesitated before ordering it originally for 64.99.....and after owning it now for a month I can say I would NEVER EVER pay 64.99 for it again.
5. No Other Items w/ Same Pattern
If you're one of those parents who like to "coordinate" all of your larger baby items and buy all of the same brand things so that you can have everything match with the same pattern, this isn't the item for you. The only other thing that Fisher Price made like this is a swing. There's no matching Pack n Play, Carseat, Stroller, or High Chair. This doesn't matter to me as I like all of my baby items to be diffent, but I know that for some parents out there, this can be important.

Love this seat! It's really easy to set up, very sturdy and our 6 week old son loves lounging in it and drifting off for a nap...especially when we turn on the vibration feature (which is strong enough to provide a light jiggle but not so overwhelming that I worry about putting him in it right after he's been fed). The fabrics are soft and easy to wipe down, the seat belt is nicely adjustable and will accommodate babies of different sizes and stages of growth and, we really like the fact that the handle with the elephant mobile is easily removed (with pinch clips on either side of the seat). Lastly, the color scheme is one of the few available that is modern and fun without being overly precious like most of the other options out there.
Additional comment... Not sure what the reasoning is but the battery compartments for both the vibration motor and the music are screwed closed instead of having pinch clips or a push and slide panel like on a tv remote. This is problematic when the battery dies at 2:30 am...even more annoying when it happens in the wee hours of the morning while the baby is in the seat and has just settled down. I would love for Fisher-Price to change this one detail as it would make it much easier for sleep deprived mums and dads to swap dead batteries for fresh without having to locate a screw driver with the proper sized head.

This Bouncer from Target was extremely easy to set up and is very sturdy. The greatest feature on the bouncer is that you can plug in your own MP3 player to the bouncer instead of listening to the same Baby music over and over. There is also a very soothing vibrating feature that is an added plus. The material that the Baby lays in is very soft and the colors are really set up for either a boy or a girl. This is an excellent buy with all the features and easy to setup feature. The bouncer does require 3 AAA batteries for the MP3 player and 1 "D" battery for the vibrating feature. It is good to have those on hand so you can have it fully functional from the start.
